Fuselit is a pocket-sized journal of poetry, short prose, art, music and occasional other stuff. The contents of every issue is dictated by a spur word, with contributions supplied by an international array of writers and artists.

From its ninth issue onwards copies of Fuselit have been handmade with an eye to giving each issue a unique look and feel. The result is a collectable collaborative effort wrought with love and diligence. A complete collection of every Fuselit to date can be kept in a small shoebox and produced at parties to delight your guests.

editor

Kirsten Irving is a UEA creative writing graduate who has served on the board of editors for the Tulane Review in New Orleans. She plays a Rickenbacker bass guitar called Daisy James and likes laughing at indignant cats. She also likes The Hidden Cameras, Daria, Frank O'Hara, Chuck Poloneck and Pulp. She thinks Fuselit is spelt FuseLit.

production editor

Jon Stone is also the poetry editor of the roundtable review and a professional freelance court editor. What he's doing designing sites like this and putting together every issue of Fuselit in Quark is anybody's guess. He also draws occasional amateur Transformers comics. He and Kirsty have a site for their own writing at bandijcat.com.
